Services Open-to-public courses We have open-to-public courses running every week at different locations, including Vancouver, Abbotsford, Nanaimo and Whistler area. Topics ranges from FoodSafe Level 1 and 2, SuperHost, customer service, cross cultural training, restaurant operation, and supervisory/management skills. AH&LA Distance education Distance education allows those who are in remote location and even in another country to take the advantage of education we offer. Professional Designation We assist you in getting professional designation through American Hotel & Lodging Association.

Human Resources Solutions This service is to set up human resources policies, guidelines, and procedures in your company. Food & Beverage Solutions We have consultants specialize in food and beverage, and some of the service examples are menu engineering, menu development, wine list development, and kitchen layout reviewing and advising. Partnerships We offer most of our French courses through the French Community College in British Columbia.
